With an education in Fine Arts and extensive experience in set design for television and stage, Anne Côté defines herself as a SPACE DESIGNER, rather that as an interior designer. Her experience in set design combined with knowledge of interior design acquired while she was design director at Maison & Demeure – the french version of Canadian House & Home – bring additional dimensions to the design process, infusing a wide array of complementary artistic elements into her approach.
Anne Côté’s experience in stage and television includes work as a Scenic Artist on 4 shows of the renowned Cirque du Soleil, as well as on more than 50 interior designs for the Debbie Travis’ Facelift Show. She also served as Art Director for more than 350 photos shoots on the fine house interiors for House & Home Media. Anne Côté has an eye for unique and sophisticated designs, has experience in creating innovative environments and knows how to lead teams though the design process of original concepts that are sometimes completely beyond the traditional frameworks.
